Why we started

Our story

SistemaPH started with a simple observation: while enterprise companies have access to sophisticated business software, small and medium Philippine businesses are often stuck with paper, Excel, and manual processes.

We saw sari-sari store owners tracking inventory in notebooks, clinic secretaries managing appointments with pen and paper, and HR departments drowning in spreadsheets. We knew there had to be a better way.

Founded in Manila in 2024, we set out to build affordable, practical digital solutions designed specifically for how Philippine businesses actually work. No bloated features you'll never use, just the tools you need to run your business better.
